The DCMF source uses the 4-1-1 version of the Global Arrays Toolkit source modified to support DCMF and run on BlueGene/P.
The Global Arrays Toolkit is maintained by Pacific Northwest National Lab.
The DCMF GA/ARMCI reference implementation has been contributed to PNNL.
